To avoid a late cancellation fee of $20, you should cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

In case of medical emergencies, no fee will be incurred.

If we cancel the appointment, we will provide a 20% discount for the next appointment.

We are asking for permission to take a "before and after" tuning video

We treat your piano as if it were our own.

We schedule our appointments at least 2 weeks ahead

In case of an immediate appointment, there is a $100 extra charge

We accept cash, Zelle, and checks

We also accept credit cards such as: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay

We ask for the payment as we are doing the finishing touch.
